This wedding in particular was very special to me. Havilah is one of my best friends and I absolutely adore Taylor. They are two of the kindest people that I know. Both open minded, loving, and always there when you need them. Naturally, when they asked me to photograph their wedding, I was on cloud nine. Havilah and I have been friends for years and I can still remember the day she came over and told me all about meeting Taylor. Havilah and I have traveled together, watched each other fall in love, start careers, and everything in between. Now I have added capturing their beautiful wedding day to some of the amazing memories we have together.

The day was absolutely gorgeous. Everything about this October evening was dreamy. It had been hot all week long, but for some reason, this day was perfect. Not too hot, not to cold, and a nice little breeze. Okay maybe it was a little hot for October, but after the sun had set, all I remember is everything being perfect. Watching everyone come together to put this gorgeous day together was so amazing. Karese from Detailed Floral Design combined boho inspiration with the timelessness of white roses and eucalyptus. The neutral color palette was breathtaking. The ceremony site was jaw dropping and don’t even get me started on the bouquets!

The chemistry between these two is undeniable. Seeing their genuine smiles throughout the day had me constantly searching for the nearest tissue box. The love Taylor has for Havilah has been amazing to witness. While the two exchanged vows, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. Naturally when they were pronounced husband and wife everyone cheered. And just like that, the two were married!

Havilah and Taylor, your friendship means the world to me and my family. Thank you for choosing me to capture your special day. I cannot wait to see what you two accomplish.
